Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to fabricate and produce precision parts. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
• Operates and repairs assigned machines mechanically and electrically to ensure proper function.
• Prepares production items set up to meet product specifications.
• Monitors the quality of products to assure standards are met.
• Monitors material stock to determine when materials are needed to manufacture products.
• Meets productivity standards to achieve production schedules and service customers.
• Monitors and remains accountable for overall production waste.
• Maintains production schedules.
• Monitors efficiency and identifies problems.
• Completes required reports.
• Packages products to meet customer specifications.
• Responsible for housekeeping of assigned manufacturing area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of general safety rules and procedures.
- Ability to use tape measure/ruler
- Ability to take simple measurements in standard and metric systems
- Familiar with mechanical movements of manufacturing machinery
- Comprehension of temperature controls and gauges, pressure gauges, etc.
- Comprehension of Hydraulics and pneumatics and understanding the mechanic aspect of machines

Flexographic Press OperatorShift: 8-hour shift (2nd or 3rd shift) or 12-hour shift (Day or Night)Job Title: Flexographic Press Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join our Print Production team. You will operate various machinery including flexographic printers, laminators, and slitters, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities General Responsibilities
• Set up machines according to customer or item specifications.
• Monitor and maintain product quality and output levels.
• Track and manage raw material inventory and production schedules.
• Lubricate and maintain press equipment to prevent downtime.
• Monitor machine efficiency and collaborate with departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Printing Tasks
• Operate flexographic press to print designs onto film rolls.
• Set up rubber plates, ink, and monitor printing process via control panel.
• Perform quality checks for alignment, clarity, and color.
• Mix inks/dyes to desired shades and ensure ink/film specs are met.
• Load film rolls, adjust feed tension, and resolve jams or film tears.
• Perform cleaning and light maintenance on presses.
Laminator Tasks
• Prepare printed/back stock rolls for lamination.
• Clean rollers and remove startup rolls.
• Monitor quality and meet production goals.
• Complete production paperwork accurately using LX Scanner.
Slitter Tasks
• Operate slitting equipment to cut large rolls into customer-specified sizes.
• Use core cutter and handle product packing/materials.
• Detect and report non-conforming product.
• Complete production records and maintain quality standards.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in printing, machine operation, or manufacturing preferred.
• Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and production documents.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
Skills Required
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machinery.
• Mechanical skills and ability to follow product specifications.
• Proficiency using measuring tools like gauges and calipers.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, calculate percentages).
• Attention to detail and focus on quality.
Physical Requirements
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of hands.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 200 lbs with assistance).
• Vision requirements include color perception and close/distance focus.
Work Environment
• On site workhouse.
• Fast-paced production floor near moving mechanical parts.
• Moderate to loud noise levels.
• Safety gear required: earplugs, safety glasses, safety shoes, hair/beard nets.

Manufacturing Electro-MechanicRotation every 3 month 1st shift to 2nd shift Job Title: Manufacturing Electro-Mechanic
Pay Rate: $22.00+ shift diff.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems on production equipment and facility machinery. An excellent mechanic must have manual dexterity and great attention to detail. They must be able to work with various machines and tools as well as follow all safety precautions.
Responsibilities:
• This position works 8 hour shift
• Perform electrical/electronic troubleshooting on machinery and associated circuits.
• Perform electrical/electronic repairs on machinery, circuits, and in facility.
• Use meters and associated electrical/electronic equipment to test and repair circuits in facility and machines.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of electrical/electronic components, programs, and all associated equipment.
• Read and comprehend electrical schematics and diagrams. Install new circuits associated with existing and new installations of machines.
• Ensures and enforces to department personnel all Handgards, OSHA, Federal, State and Local policies, rules and regulations pertinent to the machinery preventive maintenance procedure.
• Ensure that work area is clean and all Good Manufacturing Practices are followed.
• Recognize and communicate deficiencies in machine/facility electrical and or electronics especially those pertaining to safety.
• Repair, move and/or set up, modify or alter production machinery
• Perform repairs required in the facility.
• Plan and maintenance functions and make lists of materials needed.
• Read blueprints and or machine diagrams.
• Maintains communication with other employees and supervisor.
• A propensity toward understanding mechanics and mechanical fundamentals.
• Should have the ability to train new personnel.
• Communicate input concerning positive modification that benefits safety and productivity.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a mechanic or maintenance technician
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, machinery, hydraulics, and components
• Ability to use hand tools, meters, and precision instruments

Account Receivable AnalystShift: Administrative (8:00am-5:00pm)Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Job Description:
The Account Receivable Analyst is responsible for processing and managing customer accounts. The role will apply customer payments, and reconcile accounts. The Account Receivable Analyst will analyze customer accounts on a weekly basis, resolving discrepancies to ensure the customer is current and resolve any discrepancies timely. The role will also prepare monthly statements and work with the customer for timely payments
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform activities in the accounts receivable department
• Will specialize in billing and collecting, clearing customer deduction, and large volumes of data input
• Daily costumer invoicing, post payments, follow up on past due invoices.
• Process customer deductions for programs and contract billbacks, settle freight claims, and daily AR reconciliation.
• Reconciling to clients billing record
Education and/or Experience: HS Diploma or GED, College credits in accounting/finance or prior experience working in an accounting environment are required; bookkeeping experience a plus
Other Skills and Abilities:
• 1 year + Bookkeeping experience
• Discount and Allowance and Trade Spending knowledge preferred
• Excellent analytical skills
• Microsoft Office
• Proficient in Excel and V looks ups, Pivot Tables, Formulas
