TuffGards® Bun Pan Rack Covers are made of High Molecular, High Density (HMHD) polyethylene, making them an ideal choice for storing bun pan racks in either dry storage, walk-ins, or freezers. They protect foods not only from contaminants, but freezer burn as well. These covers are designed to sit flush along the top of most bun pan racks with its unique star-seal which avoids tearing at the corners. Their high-density material means they are made to protect foods from both air and light, which can potentially cause spoilage. Our bun rack bags can withstand temperatures down to -50°F (-45.5°C) and up to 220°F (104.4°C).
