Quality Inspector | Shift:3rd (11p.m.-7:30 a.m.) | Job Summary:
Check products and materials at different stages—when they arrive, while they’re being made, and when they’re finished—to make sure they meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products.
Use tools and guidelines to check mechanical and electrical parts.
Complete inspection reports, including first article inspections.
Check products for cosmetic and functional quality.
Verify labeling and packaging before shipping.
Enter inspection results into the computer.
Help improve quality processes and follow set procedures.
Keep your work area clean and safe.
Help train others on quality and safety rules.
Support quality audits and customer compliance checks.
Suggest tools or equipment needed to do the job well.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.
At least 3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with inspection tools (like rulers, gauges, meters).
Comfortable using a computer and entering data.
On-the-job training provided.
Skills and Abilities:
Good attention to detail and organization.
Clear communication skills (speaking and writing).
Basic math and computer skills (Excel, Word).
Ability to follow written or verbal instructions in English.
Understand and follow safety rules.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 40 lbs.
May need to bend, climb, or kneel occasionally.
Use of hands for handling small parts and tools.
Must be able to see clearly and distinguish colors.
Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and moving machinery.

Computer and office equipment
Personal safety equipment (gloves, glasses, etc.
