Electrical Mechanic / Mechanic1st Shift To perform electrical/electronic repairs to production machines and any other machines in the facility.
To repair, replace, install, modify all types of production machinery in the facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• This position works 12-hour shift
• Perform electrical/electronic troubleshooting on machinery and associated circuits.
• Perform electrical/electronic repairs on machinery, circuits, and in facility.
• Use meters and associated electrical/electronic equipment to test and repair circuits in facility and machines.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of electrical/electronic components, programs, and all associated equipment.
• Read and comprehend electrical schematics and diagrams. Install new circuits associated with existing and new installations of machines.
• Ensures and enforces to department personnel all Handgards, OSHA, Federal, State and Local policies, rules and regulations pertinent to the machinery preventive maintenance procedure.
• Ensure that work area is clean and all Good Manufacturing Practices are followed.
• Recognize and communicate deficiencies in machine/facility electrical and or electronics especially those pertaining to safety.
• Repair, move and/or set up, modify or alter production machinery
• Perform repairs required in the facility.
• Plan and maintenance functions and make lists of materials needed.
• Read blueprints and or machine diagrams.
• Maintains communication with other employees and supervisor.
• A propensity toward understanding mechanics and mechanical fundamentals.
• Should have the ability to train new personnel.
• Communicate input concerning positive modification that benefits safety and productivity.
QC Inspector 1st Shift Inspects in process, finished, and incoming products and materials as assigned.

• Incoming, In process, Final inspection activities and associated PC data entry.
• Mechanical and electrical component and assembly acceptance inspection using
• established documentation and guidelines.
• First article report generation
• Finished goods cosmetic and functional inspection.
• Inspection of labeling and packing of finished goods prior to shipping.
• Data collection as required by Quality criteria.
• Quality Assurance personnel are encouraged to be creative & innovative, while at the

• Coordinate training efforts so that all employees are aware of and follow quality, safety programs, rules, and compliance with regulations. Support all departments with quality and related issues. Conduct quality assurance training sessions for existing employees.
• Ensures company is in quality compliance for all customers and regulatory agencies. Coordinate and conduct audits of products in inventory for customer complaints or otherwise stated by QA Manager.
AR Analyst1st ShiftThe Accounting Associate performs activities in the accounts receivable department. Position specializes in clearing customer deductions, billing and collecting, large volumes of data input and management of automated programs.

We are an environment of teamwork, assuring all activities are performed timely and in accordance with company policy. Accounts and tasks are allocated under the direction of the department's Finance Director and subject to change as required by business operations.

Requires managing and understanding company policies and practices with regard to accounts receivable. This position is cross trained with other members in the department to perform all department functions. Specific duties include daily invoicing of customers, posting customer payments, follow up of past due invoices with customers, process customer deductions for programs and contract billbacks, settle freight claims, and daily AR reconciliation. The position works closely with the Sales Administration, Customer Service and Shipping departments. Other duties will be assigned to meet the needs of the Accounts Receivable group and company.

• Must effectively use the Company’s BPCS billing and accounts receivable modules, MC2, Ezclaim system and EIS to satisfactorily perform job duties.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Sales Administration Associate1st ShiftBased on regional assignment individual responsible for maintaining all aspects of customer price contracts, trade spend agreements, processes, incentive compensation process, analyzing trade spending requests, Responsible for information integrity within the promotional and contract management systems with emphasis on urgency, accuracy and time sensitivity. Must have excellent problem-solving skills while working within established business control parameters and administrative processes.
Responsible for maintaining cross-functional communication throughout all Handgards teams.

• Maintain, review, and analyze customer end user price contracts, trade spending plans, rebates, promotions, deals, allowance documentation, and settlement of claims by region assignment
• Perform audit of transactional data incoming from customers against planned program guidelines, taking necessary remedy when necessary.
• Prepare tracking, reporting and payment of programs to customers against program guidelines, taking necessary actions when customer inquiry occurs.
• Analysis, research, and communication of spending trends outside anticipated patterns.
• Input and maintain contract data sales reporting and promotional spend data entry is required.
• Work closely with Accounts Receivable and Sales Administration to maintain accurate customer contract information. Problem resolution for all liability errors is key responsibility and must be accomplished with urgency in a time sensitive environment.
• Work with Price Administration personnel to ascertain that pricing and contract content is accurate and current.
• Ensure timely exchange of monthly data among business partners, calculate eligibility, review and distribute reports/payments, field inquiries from sales colleagues, initiate data investigation and communicate resolution.
• Participate in implementation and utilization of specialized tools for sales administration.
• Assist in the development, maintenance and communication of Sales Administration Policies and Procedures.
• Work with Sales Administration and Sales leadership team to identify opportunities for improvement in all areas of sales administration/financial information sharing.

• Master Operator for specialized sales information systems – AFS/TPM, PROs and others as implemented.
Customer Service Manager1st ShiftManages the company’s customer service department and activities. Oversees and delivers all aspects of customer service processes, objectives, and initiatives. Lead the customer service team of associates and align customer service activities and initiatives to support customer relationships and provide high customer service delivery and satisfaction.

• Supervise day to day operation of the customer service team of associates and provide coaching and guidance in the support of customers including but not limited to receipt and processing of orders, handling of returns, customer inquiries, customer complaints, back orders, and pricing.
• Responsible for providing team leadership, direction, training, and career development to the Customer Service team.
• Assists the VP of Sales Operations with establishing goals and metrics for the support function that measures the team’s and customer performance.
• Assist in processing and managing customer orders.
• Assist CSR’s in investigating and solving customer problems.
• Leads production meetings and interacts with internal departments to assure product levels are adequate.
• Interacts with cross functional teams dedicated to maintaining inventory levels to identify potential problems and offer solutions.

Industrial Engineer1st ShiftResponsible for evaluating existing processes and configuring manufacturing systems to increase productivity, eliminate waste, reduce costs, and develop best practices within the production process to ensure that products are within specification and meet quality standards. Coordinates manufacturing launch for new or revised products.

• Improve process capabilities, eliminate waste, reduce costs, safely increase productivity, and improve quality by evaluating, developing and/or improving existing processes in manufacturing systems.
• Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, production costs, and changeover times.
• Perform product analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, improved efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Develop innovative solutions to challenging problems.
• Prepare film samples for study when needed.
• Collect, record, and transcribe data.
• Show results in reports.
• Maintain any testing equipment directly related to manufacturing.
