Machine Technician 1st Shift and 2nd Shift• Operates and repairs assigned machines mechanically and electrically to ensure proper function.
• Prepares production item set up to meet product specification.
• Monitors quality of products to assure standards are met.
• Monitors material stock to determine when materials are needed to manufacture product.
• Meets productivity standards to achieve production schedules and service customers.
• Monitors and remains accountable for overall production waste.
• Maintains production schedules.
• Monitors efficiency and identifies problem.
• Completes required reports
• Packages products to meet customer specifications.
• Responsible for housekeeping of assigned manufacturing area
Electro-Mechanics1st Shift, 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift1-2 years’ experience as an Electro-mechanic preferred.
• Defines problems, collects data, draws valid conclusions
• Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
• Comprehension of temperature controls, gauges, pressure gauges, hydraulics, pneumatics, understand mechanical aspect of industrial machines
• Ability to apply measurements in standard and metric systems
• Repair or replace defective parts on machines and/or adjust clearances and alignment of moving parts
• Connect power units to machines and test units
• Repair and lubricate machines and equipment
• Accuracy with numbers, may be required to produce basic drawings of machine parts
• Able to read schematics and blueprints
• Operates hoist and lifting devices
• Use hand tools, measuring tools, and equipment for cutting, welding, and brazing
• Must have own tools
Accountant-Analyst1st ShiftThis position assists the Finance Department with the organization’s accounting functions. Will be called upon to assist in synthesizing and analyzing data to inform and guide business decisions, measure and manage business performance, predict trends and possibilities. Plans, studies, and collects data to - determine cost of production for existing, new and proposed products; costs of supply chain/distribution activities.
• Assists in executing the organization’s finance and accounting functions as they relate to all business operations
• Particular emphasis on assisting with timely monthly financial closing and issuing financial statements
• Assists with preparation of Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly forecasts
• Reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis as assigned
• Assist with preparation of books and records for yearend audit by outside CPA’s
• Other general accounting and finance duties will be assigned as required
• Functions include establishing and maintaining the organization’s accounting principles, practices, and procedures in accordance with Industry Best Practices
• Analyzes changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided such as freight, delivery methods, warehouse operations to determine effects on costs as requested
• Assure all aspects of Company business practices operate with adequate internal controls
• Functions also include the preparation and evaluation of operating plans, and other financial operating reports, and presents findings and recommendations to all layers of management
• Responsible for preparing financial reporting as directed for identified business opportunities
• Position is encouraged to determine potential opportunities to improve operating efficiency of operating departments. Interfacing with other department leaders is expected

Financial Business Analyst1st ShiftThis analyst position reports to the Financial Business Analyst Lead. The main responsibilities of the position are to synthesize and analyze data to inform, recommend and guide business decisions. With special focus on price point assessment relative to current market information and assist in implementing, evaluating and coordinating pricing strategies to establish uniformity for sales team. The impact of effective pricing and margin management is in the tens of millions of $$ dollars. In the analysis of pricing and margin management this position will interface with the sales and marketing, import procurement, manufacturing and distribution teams. Job activities require problem solving using the individual’s discretion and judgment to determine best practice solutions.
• Support Sales & Marketing through price recommendation and quotation administration activities and maintenance of day-to-day pricing levels.
• Formulate, & analyze the tracking of market feedback from our Sales team and customer base in order to ensure competitive pricing.
• Formulate, & analyze the tracking of customer profitability to ensure required margin & profitability returns to Handgards, and make recommendations on how to improve.
• Recommend, implement & maintain technological tools including Proposal Generator pricing tools utilized by Sales & Marketing Teams within establish guidelines, plus other tools for use in evaluating price/product mix objectives.
• Support Trade Spending Analyst, as needed, in trade spending programs analyses, compliance and audits.
• Participate in special projects related to product development.
• Will be called upon to synthesize and analyze data to inform and guide business decisions, measure and manage business performance, predict trends and possibilities, and provide solutions to add value aligning Finance activities to best support the business.
• Assist in monthly closing activities and Finance & Accounting team complete its responsibilities.
• Functions include preparation and evaluation of operating plans, forecasts, and other financial operating reports.
• Provide information to other departments related to performance against revenue
