Machine Technician 1st Shift and 2nd Shift• Operates and repairs assigned machines mechanically and electrically to ensure proper function.
• Prepares production item set up to meet product specification.

• Meets productivity standards to achieve production schedules and service customers.

Electrical Mechanic / Mechanic1st Shift To perform electrical/electronic repairs to production machines and any other machines in the facility.
To repair, replace, install, modify all types of production machinery in the facility.

Management reserves the right to change or modify the functions of this job as required to meet the needs of the organization. Other duties may be assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• This position works 12-hour shift
• Perform electrical/electronic troubleshooting on machinery and associated circuits.
• Perform electrical/electronic repairs on machinery, circuits, and in facility.
• Use meters and associated electrical/electronic equipment to test and repair circuits in facility and machines.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of electrical/electronic components, programs, and all associated equipment.
• Read and comprehend electrical schematics and diagrams. Install new circuits associated with existing and new installations of machines.
• Ensures and enforces to department personnel all Handgards, OSHA, Federal, State and Local policies, rules and regulations pertinent to the machinery preventive maintenance procedure.
• Ensure that work area is clean and all Good Manufacturing Practices are followed.
• Recognize and communicate deficiencies in machine/facility electrical and or electronics especially those pertaining to safety.
• Repair, move and/or set up, modify or alter production machinery
• Perform repairs required in the facility.
• Plan and maintenance functions and make lists of materials needed.
• Read blueprints and or machine diagrams.
• Maintains communication with other employees and supervisor.
• A propensity toward understanding mechanics and mechanical fundamentals.
• Should have the ability to train new personnel.
• Communicate input concerning positive modification that benefits safety and productivity.
QC Inspector 1st Shift Inspects in process, finished, and incoming products and materials as assigned.

• Incoming, In process, Final inspection activities and associated PC data entry.
• Mechanical and electrical component and assembly acceptance inspection using
• established documentation and guidelines.
• First article report generation
• Finished goods cosmetic and functional inspection.
• Inspection of labeling and packing of finished goods prior to shipping.
• Data collection as required by Quality criteria.
• Quality Assurance personnel are encouraged to be creative & innovative, while at the
• same time are expected to learn and follow our structured processes. They will take
• direction from Quality management personnel and will assume appropriate level
• of responsibility for technical work to assist in the development of continuous improvement efforts.
• Quality Assurance personnel are expected to contribute to our team while enhancing
• their own technical expertise and increasing their responsibilities.
• Inspects all company products to assure high standard of quality.
• Inspects in process products and suggests changes to make products better quality.
• Performs various tests and inspections to assure standards are met according to specifications.
• Inspects all finished products to ensure that products are packaged properly according to specifications.
• Follows safety rules and procedures to ensure all equipment is used in a safe manner as directed.
• Wears protective equipment to ensure quality control is in compliance with all safety rules
• Ensures that work area is safe and kept in an orderly manner. This position works 12 hours shifts
• Coordinate training efforts so that all employees are aware of and follow quality, safety programs, rules, and compliance with regulations. Support all departments with quality and related issues. Conduct quality assurance training sessions for existing employees.
• Ensures company is in quality compliance for all customers and regulatory agencies. Coordinate and conduct audits of products in inventory for customer complaints or otherwise stated by QA Manager.
Financial Business Analyst1st ShiftThis analyst position reports to the Financial Business Analyst Lead. The main responsibilities of the position are to synthesize and analyze data to inform, recommend and guide business decisions. With special focus on price point assessment relative to current market information and assist in implementing, evaluating and coordinating pricing strategies to establish uniformity for sales team. The impact of effective pricing and margin management is in the tens of millions of $$ dollars. In the analysis of pricing and margin management this position will interface with the sales and marketing, import procurement, manufacturing and distribution teams. Job activities require problem solving using the individual’s discretion and judgment to determine best practice solutions.

• Support Sales & Marketing through price recommendation and quotation administration activities and maintenance of day-to-day pricing levels.
• Formulate, & analyze the tracking of market feedback from our Sales team and customer base in order to ensure competitive pricing.
• Formulate, & analyze the tracking of customer profitability to ensure required margin & profitability returns to Handgards, and make recommendations on how to improve.
• Recommend, implement & maintain technological tools including Proposal Generator pricing tools utilized by Sales & Marketing Teams within establish guidelines, plus other tools for use in evaluating price/product mix objectives.
• Support Trade Spending Analyst, as needed, in trade spending programs analyses, compliance and audits.
• Participate in special projects related to product development.
• Will be called upon to synthesize and analyze data to inform and guide business decisions, measure and manage business performance, predict trends and possibilities, and provide solutions to add value aligning Finance activities to best support the business.
• Assist in monthly closing activities and Finance & Accounting team complete its responsibilities.
• Functions include preparation and evaluation of operating plans, forecasts, and other financial operating reports.
• Provide information to other departments related to performance against revenue

Imports Data Clerk1st ShiftThis is an entry level position that deals with the clerical duties of processing documents in the system as directed by the Handgards Imports and Supply Chain Department. Accurate and timely data entry is vital to the fast-paced customs environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• General data entry pertaining to arrival notices, commercial invoices, packing lists and other related documents
• Enter shipping and other related documents into LX system and other related systems
• Filing and records maintenance in Web Docs
• Assists the Demand Planning function with reporting, forms processing, and other related duties
• Assists the buying group with document processing and analyses of general data
• Assists the carrier and logistics group with data processing and transactions as required
