With the current labor shortage situation, Handgards® understands the need for streamlined back-of-house operations. Our Panhandlers® Cook Chill Bags are a new tool for the labor force in any kitchen that uses the Cook Chill method of food preparation. Handgards® Panhandlers® Cook Chill Bags are here to support your labor force and help Cook Chill kitchens fill their operational needs with a quickly dispensed, high-quality product manufactured in the U.S.A. and backed by Handgards®.

Our Panhandlers® Cook Chill Bags provide the solution for bulk food handling, storage, refrigeration, and serving needs. They were designed to seal in hot foods and provide a secure chilling vessel and cold storage solution for service at a future date. They are resilient, and provide a secure and safe way to distribute your chilled finished food product(s). When serving time arrives, the Cook Chill Bag contents can quickly be reheated and served while knowing that the quality of your food product has been preserved inside. Our Cook Chill Bags can withstand temperatures ranging from -20°F to 212°F (-29°C to 100°C). They also save you money by reducing food spoilage as they are designed to chill quickly and get foods out of the red zone for spoilage (41°F to 135°F / 5°C to 57°C).

FDA COMPLIANT

Handgards® Panhandlers® Cook Chill Bag film is made in compliance with FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1520 for olefin polymers. It may be used in contact with the food types as defined in Table 1 of 21 CFR 176.170 and conditions of use B-H as defined in Table 2 of 21 CFR 176.170.
