Handgards® representatives gathered last week at our annual National Sales Meeting, proudly held in El Paso, Texas, where our company began over 60 years ago.  This yearly event unites our Sales and Marketing Teams which have grown to span the breadth of the United States, its branches reaching markets throughout the Americas.  In the light of our steadfast commitment to advancement, leadership, and unparalleled service, the gathering serves as a cornerstone in our mission, captured in our company’s core values:

Purpose and Direction:

The Handgards® National Sales Meeting stands as a strategic platform built on the
roots our core values, to chart a course of growth towards excellence, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and unwavering dedication to service. Synchronizing our efforts and ensuring that every member of our team is equipped with the tools and insights needed to exceed expectations, our watchword this year is SWAG.  We will stay humble, work hard,
 and grow together to propel our brand to new heights of success.

At the heart of the National Sales Meeting lies a profound commitment to knowledge,
collaboration and growth.  Through dynamic workshops, training sessions, and interactive forums, all are empowered to enter 2025 with confidence, integrity, and vision. By nurturing a culture of continuous learning and growth, we not only sharpen our competitive edge but
also cultivate an environment of leaders poised to shape the future of our industry.

Service Before Self:

NSM was, of course, a time for strategic planning, collaboration, and innovative ideas.  It was also a time to gather and give back to the community in El Paso.  The Sales and
Marketing team joined with El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Food Bank, a member of
Feeding America (the United States’ largest hunger relief network).  As the distribution center for over 132 partner pantries throughout the borderland region, EPFH serves 160,000 food
insecure individuals, generating a large-scale impact in the community (those who
have limited access to adequate nutrition because of lack of resources). 

Handgards® was honored and humbled to join EPFH’s noble work by dedicating part of our yearly time together providing service to others. Distributing meals to those in need demonstrates Handgards® commitment to service before self and heralds the values that we all hold and carry forth both individually and as a team throughout the year.
Handgards®, as a company built of individuals, will continue in its commitment
to excellence by fostering growth with a clarity of individual and communal purpose,
