WHY USE OVENABLE ROASTING BAGS?
Handgards® Disposable Ovenable Roasting Bags are also known as “Turkey Bags”, are made of a nylon material that can withstand temperatures of up to 400°F (204°C). They create a non-stick surface without the need of fats and oils and help insulate turkeys and large hams, minimizing from over-browning the edges. Using the correct liner size prolongs the life of your pans and casseroles, making them less susceptible to scratches and the release of toxic compounds found in some coated pans. These Ovenable Roasting Bags not only make cooking and serving food easier, but they also increase food yield while providing a cleaner and safer cooking process overall. Furthermore, they come with closure ties to secure the bag when ready to use, and that bag opening itself is a unique Handgards® top bag design, which unlike side loading roasting bags, make it possible for a single person to load food into the roasting bag instead of two, saving on labor, time, and money.

Ovenable Roasting Bags are produced from high temperature nylon resin which fully complies with FDA rules 177.1500 and 178.2010 for food contact.
