Account Receivable Analyst1st ShiftThe Account Receivable Analyst is responsible for processing and managing customer account. The role will apply customer payments, reconcile accounts, and prepare customer invoices. The Account Receivable Analyst will analyze customer accounts at least monthly to ensure the customer is current and resolve any discrepancies timely. The role will also prepare monthly customer statements and work with the customer for timely payments.

Essentials Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform activities in the accounts receivable department
• Will specialize in clearing customer deduction, billing and collecting, large volumes of data input
• Daily invoicing of customers, post customer payments, follow up on past due invoices with customers
• Process customer deductions for programs and contract billbacks, settle freight claims, and daily AR reconciliation.
• Reconciling to clients billing record

Education and/or Experience: HS Diploma or GED, College credits in accounting/finance or prior experience working in an accounting environment are required; bookkeeping experience a plus

Other Skills and Abilities:
• 1 year + Bookkeeping experience
• Discount and Allowance and Trade Spending knowledge preferred
• Excellent analytical skills
• MS Office
• Proficient in Excel and V looks ups
• Must be detail oriented and a self starter
• Excellent communication skills
• Schedule : 8am to 5pm

Salary: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Financial Business Analyst1st ShiftPosition Summary:
The main responsibilities of the position are to synthesize and analyze data to inform, recommend and guide business decisions with special focus on price point assessment relative to current market information and assist in implementing, evaluating, and coordinating pricing strategies to establish uniformity. This position will interface with the sales and marketing, import procurement, manufacturing, and distribution teams. This role requires a high level of analytical capability, strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage large data sets, confident use of systems, and solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and similar programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support Sales & Marketing through price recommendation and quotation administration activities and maintenance of day-to-day pricing levels.
• Formulate, & analyze the tracking of market feedback from our Sales team and customer base in order to ensure competitive pricing.
• Analyze customer profitability and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Understand trends in product cost, including inbound freight cost, to best inform pricing decisions.
• Identify low margin customers and products to provide guidance on improving margin profile.
• Able to interact with internal teams to understand competitive situations, pricing requirements, and customer expectations
• Participate in special projects, as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
• 4 Year degree required. Accounting or Finance major preferred
• 3-4 years experience as a Financial Analyst or similar
• Demonstrated analytical, collaborative, consultative and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently, to manage changing priorities, to multi-task on a daily basis, and ability to interface with various levels of management.
Working Knowledge, and Abilities:
• Ability to work independently, to manage changing priorities, to multi-task on a daily basis, works in a matrix management structure, and interface with various levels of management.
• Ability to interface and coordination with all levels of the organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advance computer skills preferred
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities a plus.
