| Flexographic Press Operator | Shift: Rotation | Job Title: Flexographic Press Operator Shift: Rotation Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join our Print Production team. You will operate various machinery including flexographic printers, laminators, and slitters, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. Key Responsibilities General Responsibilities • Set up machines according to customer or item specifications. • Monitor and maintain product quality and output levels. • Track and manage raw material inventory and production schedules. • Lubricate and maintain press equipment to prevent downtime. • Monitor machine efficiency and collaborate with departments to resolve issues. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Printing Tasks • Operate flexographic press to print designs onto film rolls. • Set up rubber plates, ink, and monitor printing process via control panel. • Perform quality checks for alignment, clarity, and color. • Mix inks/dyes to desired shades and ensure ink/film specs are met. • Load film rolls, adjust feed tension, and resolve jams or film tears. • Perform cleaning and light maintenance on presses. Laminator Tasks • Prepare printed/back stock rolls for lamination. • Clean rollers and remove startup rolls. • Monitor quality and meet production goals. • Complete production paperwork accurately using LX Scanner. Slitter Tasks • Operate slitting equipment to cut large rolls into customer-specified sizes. • Use core cutter and handle product packing/materials. • Detect and report non-conforming product. • Complete production records and maintain quality standards. Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required. • Previous experience in printing, machine operation, or manufacturing preferred. • Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude. • Ability to read and interpret work orders and production documents. • Forklift operation experience preferred. Skills Required • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machinery. • Mechanical skills and ability to follow product specifications. • Proficiency using measuring tools like gauges and calipers. • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, calculate percentages). • Attention to detail and focus on quality. Physical Requirements • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of hands. • Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 200 lbs with assistance). • Vision requirements include color perception and close/distance focus. Work Environment • On site workhouse. • Fast-paced production floor near moving mechanical parts. • Moderate to loud noise levels. • Safety gear required: earplugs, safety glasses, safety shoes, hair/beard nets. | Applications Analyst I | Shift: Flexible | Job Title: Applications Analyst I Shift: Flexible Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing support for staff and act as a liaison to Computer Support Services. ORGANIZATIONAL STATUS: This position reports to the Systems Administrator Lead and includes working with all development staff and Users to resolve business application issues on a daily basis. Management reserves the right to change or modify the functions of this job as required to meet the needs of the organization. Supervisor Responsibilities: None Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform the following duties through personal abilities or assistance of supporting departments • Other duties may be assigned • Provide information and support to on-perm and remote users who have queries, concerns, or problems with company systems in software and hardware via Track-it software • Monitor configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation as an example with Microsoft In tune • Document internal procedures • Assist with on-boarding/off-boarding of users • Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive and any additional specialized equipment for on-perm or work from home • Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses of individual laptops or PCs • Report issues to the Systems Administrator Lead for escalation • Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory • Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required via Intone • Assigns and maintains user access to network and software • Writes reports collecting information from various department databases and resources • Trains users on software and/or hardware with support from the Systems Administrator Lead • Acts as a liaison between the IT department and internal and external customers • Develops worksheets and other items for use by users • Works alone on routine or regular work assignments and checks with supervisor on non-routine assignments. • Perform Preventive Maintenance on all PC’s, Laptops and Peripherals using software tools such as Intone and workbench tools • Clean and inventory aged equipment for disposition • Keep current with new hardware technology • Perform software deployment that may include Microsoft, Adobe, and IBM products and other business applications • Ensure all user computers have necessary Cyber Security software protection • Apply KnowBe4 cyber security training • Utilize and maintain the help desk tracking software • Maintain and support plant floor computers Education and/or Experience • Associate degree in computer science. • Three (3) years of experience with end-user support, report writing, and verbal communications. Language Skills Ability to read, analyzes, and interpret complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations to employees, members of management, outside investors and to the Board of Directors.
