TuffGards® Bun Pan Rack Covers are made of High Molecular, High Density (HMHD) polyethylene, making them an ideal choice for storing bun pan racks in either dry storage, walk-ins, or freezers. These covers are designed to sit flush along the top of most bun pan racks with its unique star-seal which avoids tearing at the corners. Their high-density material means they are made to protect foods from both air and light, which can potentially cause spoilage. Our bun rack bags can withstand temperatures down to -50°F (-45.5°C) and up to 220°F (104.4°C).
