WHY USE PRE-PORTIONING BAGS?

TuffGards® Pre-Portioning Bags are made of High Molecular, High Density (HMHD) polyethylene material, making them an ideal choice for storing foods into a freezer while protecting foods from freezer burn and waste. Our HD bags can withstand temperatures down to -50°F (-45.5°C) and up to 220°F (104.4°C) and can be boiled or microwaved. Pre-portioning bags are useful for making sure all your customers get the same amount of food, which keeps consistency in service. It’s also a safe way to store food as it’s easy to keep track of expired foods that need to be disposed of instead of served.
